Our Beach Association's 23-slip dock system had been patched and repaired over the last 15+ years and was in poor condition. It was also designed with odd-shaped custom pieces to fit within the LMCD and local city dock regulations. Recently, we could not find anyone willing to install or remove the system because of its poor condition.

We talked to several of the local dock service companies about our current design and our requirements.

Fineline Lakeshore Service was the only dock service that designed a layout that fit within the LMCD and local city dock regulations using "standard" sections. This made the licensing approval process go much smoother and the LMCD and city were very impressed by the solution FLS developed.

We found the quality features of the FLS dock systems came at a very competitive price and they gave us a trade-in value for our old dock sections.
The staff of FLS was extremely professional from Design through installation and service. We view FLS as a long-term partner that adds substantial value to the enjoyment of our lakeshore.
