• A 25 year warranty on all new welded manufactured steel parts against manufacturing defects.
• A 7 year warranty on all PolyDecks against manufacturing defects.
• A 7 year warranty on all new wood decking, against rot and full length board splits.
• A 1 year warranty on all new canvas' against manufacturing defects.

The Seller's obligation under this warranty is limited to replacement or repair of the defective Product or parts including individual deck boards. All claimed Product defects must be returned to the Seller and determined defective by the Seller. Prior authorization for any repair or replacement of any defective Product or parts must be given by the Seller in order for this warranty to apply.

ANY REMEDIES UNDER THE WARRANTY ARE VOID UNDER THE FOLLOWING CIRCUMSTANCES:

1. If the Product has been altered, repaired or modified by persons or entities other than FineLine Lakeshore Service in a manner not accepted by the standards of the industry.
2. If the Product is misused or damaged, including damage caused by installation or removal.
3. If the Product is used with incompatible dock accessories or accessories not covered under this warranty.
4. If the Product is stored improperly when not in regular use, including being left in the water/ice during the off-season, stacking the Product too close to the water, and other similar neglect.
5. If the Product has minor imperfections such as dents, scratches, and other visual imperfections in the wood and metal.
6. If a surface split on a deck board forms, unless the split runs the full length of the board requiring replacement of the board.
7. If a knot in a deck board is missing unless the knot causes a split to the end of the board.
8. If Product damage is caused by circumstances beyond the Seller's control, including but not limited to weather damage (storms, high winds, precipitation, failure to remove product before the ice freezes, high waters, etc.), fire, accidents, alteration, misuse, and negligence not attributable to the Seller.
9. If welding on the Product is performed by persons or entities other than FineLine Lakeshore Service or their authorized service providers.
10. Used dock, boat houses, and accessories are excluded under this warranty.
11. Seconds decks, boat house 2x2's, bench wood, and bumper wood are excluded from coverage under this warranty.
12. Pipes are excluded from coverage under this warranty.
13. Galvanizing is not covered under this warranty.

FINELINE LAKESHORE SERVICE MAKES THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE FOR THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY ONLY.

FINELINE LAKESHORE SERVICE MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, UNLESS HEREIN SPECIFICALLY GIVEN AND IS NOT LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND.

Warranty is transferable and remains valid only if transferee registers with FineLine Lakeshore Service and the Product is serviced by FineLine Lakeshore Service.
